The Artesa Winery takes great pride in their herritage. They have been making wine since the 16th century and for this reason "1551" is emphasized. In this case the year also serves as a marketting device. When shopping for wines, one often looks at the year. From far, "1551" can easily be spotted, which can intrigue the consumer.
The Artesa Winery also likes to emphasize what foods go well with their wines. For this reason I decided to include a simple illustration of a recommended food pairing for each wine.
